In her role, Anna oversees the management and operations of the company, ensuring that solar and battery storage operations are executed efficiently and effectively. ​

Her other responsibilities include compliance with MCS and ISO certification, employee engagement and development.  ​

Lewis is a technology and innovation professional focusing on the electrification of energy in a fast-changing environment. He brings a wealth of experience and leadership to the team; from both established corporate and start-up ecosystems.​

Lewis sees the integration synergies between data networks and energy networks, both in centralised and decentralised models. He brings a creative vision to the challenges we face in a global climate and energy crisis.​

Don has an extensive background in healthcare, property and construction. He has contracted and developed more than 30 nursing homes for various operators. The Founder and majority shareholder of Bettercare and Chief Executive since 2002.

Don founded Encom Energy which began trading in early 2021. The business was setup response to the growing demand for renewable energy systems, which also includes funding into R&D. While Don has stepped away from daily operations he remains on the board. ​

Graeme has worked within the finance industry for 16 years, having graduated with first-class honours in Economics from University of Ulster, Belfast.

He began working with the Patterson family in 2013, overseeing investments and opportunities as Chief Financial Officer.  During this time, he has worked within the hospitality, healthcare and property sectors.
