We're delighted to announce a major milestone in our journey toward a greener, more sustainable future: the acquisition of three significant contracts in Northern Ireland, worth between £10-£12 million. Covered extensively in the Irish News and News Letter, these new projects underline our commitment to renewable energy solutions, notably Solar Photovoltaic (PV) and Battery Storage systems.
Since our inception in 2021, we've gone from strength to strength, thanks to a generous £5 million investment from Harrier Investments. This backing has provided us with remarkable buying power, allowing us to source top-notch products while passing the savings onto you, our valued customers.
We're excited about our new projects, each uniquely contributing to Northern Ireland's sustainable future. The Hyde Park development in Mallusk will see the construction of over 1,200 homes across a ten-year span. Additionally, our engagement in Terry Wood in Lurgan and Moira One and Thorburn Gate—part of Mayfair Group's zero-emission eco homes—will involve installing state-of-the-art Solar PV and Battery Storage solutions in another 200+ homes.
As part of the Mayfair Group, we're doubly committed to incorporating solar energy into every new build going forward. It's a win-win, both for the environment and for the homeowners who will benefit from reduced energy costs.
Our founder, Don Patterson, had this to say about our new contracts: "We’re absolutely thrilled. These contracts highlight our expertise in delivering scalable and sustainable energy solutions. We aim to seamlessly integrate solar energy into every new build, significantly reducing global emissions and energy consumption.”
Our Development Director at Mayfair Group, Alan Johnston, pointed out the payback percentages of solar energy systems can range between 20 and 25 percent, providing homeowners with substantial financial savings while tackling the current cost of living crisis. It’s a winning situation for both your wallet and the planet.
We're eager about what the future holds. Our team is growing each day, and demand from both homeowners and developers has never been stronger. These contracts underscore our unwavering dedication to shaping a greener, more energy-efficient future for communities across Northern Ireland and beyond.
